The intake system is built with readily available material, ensuring cheap repairs and replacement. While being powered by a combination of different sensors and ecobarter-modelled AI material identification system. Available models accept only empty PET Plastics and Beverage cans, over weight materials are rejected and other recyclable material schemes can be recycled via ecobarter doorstep recovery scheme
Current models process 10-12 bottles per minute
Our machine is equipped with a sorting system that separate PET plastics from beverage cans, reducing contamination and labour costs at the processing facility
Each of the standard ecobarter RVM S02 model can hold between 700 – 900 loose PET plastic bottles/cans per time. With our compression box, holding capacity is increased 3x
Available model’s reward system is built on the ecobarter web and mobile application. QR Codes generated directly on the RVM’s screen or those printed out are to be scanned and claimed as cash from the ecobarter app. We are working on collaborations and API integrations to improve value for recycling
The ecobarter RVM is enabled with English and 3 main indigenous languages in Nigeria, Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba. The machine gives both text and voice prompts in these languages
The available models are AC, mains-powered, equipped with deep cycle batteries to provide up to 48 hours support in case of grid failures
We support real-time data monitoring and reporting via the owner’s control panel here. Available models are also enabled with realtime diagnostics and notifications for cases of bin full, printer empty, high temperature amongst others
